Privacy Policy for Odd Pop!

Odd Pop! ("the app") is a puzzle game published by Altermaker ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app accesses and what it does not. In short: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. The only data leaving your device is what Google's advertising service needs in order to show ads.
Information the app collects
None. Odd Pop! has no account system, no login, no sign-up, and no server of our own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and the app contains no analytics or tracking software of ours.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your best score and your game settings locally on your device so they survive closing the app. This information stays on the device, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising
Odd Pop! displays occasional full-screen ads between games, provided by Google AdMob. To serve those ads, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
- your IP address and approximate, IP-derived location (typically country or region);
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, and app version;
- interactions with ads, such as whether an ad was shown, viewed, or tapped.
Google may use this information to select ads, measure their performance, and
detect fraud and abuse. Google also uses the Android Privacy Sandbox
advertising APIs, which is why the app declares the
AD_ID and ACCESS_ADSERVICES_* permissions. We do not
receive any of this data ourselves — we see only aggregate, anonymous performance
totals in our AdMob dashboard, which cannot identify individual users.
How Google handles this data is governed by Google's own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer) to reset the identifier or delete it entirely. Deleting it stops advertisers from building a profile linked to your device.
- Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland). If you are in a region covered by the GDPR, the app shows a Google-provided consent form the first time you play, letting you choose whether ads may be personalised. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the same form.
- Remove everything. Uninstalling the app deletes your best score and settings from your device.
Children's privacy
Odd Pop! is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Data retention and sharing
Because we collect no personal data, we have nothing to retain, sell, or share. We do not sell personal information to third parties. The only third party involved in the app is Google, in its role as the advertising provider described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this same address with an updated date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
